Bugema University DVC Finance Pr. Bagambe William Elected New Western Uganda Field President

Bugema University’s Deputy Vice Chancellor for Finance, Pr. Bagambe William, has been elected as the new Western Uganda Field President, marking a significant leadership transition within the Seventh-day Adventist Church structure in the region.

The election took place during a two day meeting held at Imperial Botanical Beach Hotel in Entebbe, where delegates from across Uganda gathered to choose new leaders to guide mission, administration, and development efforts for the next term.

Pr. Bagambe’s appointment has been welcomed by many who describe him as a principled administrator, a financial reformer, and a dedicated church leader with long standing experience in education and stewardship.

As the new Western Uganda Field President, Pr. Bagambe is expected to focus on spiritual growth, administrative efficiency, community outreach, and the expansion of mission activities across the region. His experience in academia and financial governance is anticipated to bring a structured and visionary approach to field .
